Diamond cup wheel is is welded or cold formed on the metal substrate by diamond segment. Diamond segment is made by synthetic industrial diamond and other metal powder, cold and hot sintering, and then welded to the bowl shaped metal substrate.

These diamond cup wheels are the perfect tool in construction for concrete surface preparation and tilt wall finishing. Great for fast grinding and rough de-burring. Ideal for the contractor who is concerned with up front costs. Long life is the recipe of this double row design. Available in either 5/8-11 threaded design or 7/8x5/8 non-threaded arbor. Run wet or dry. Medium bond
